Caroline Scott

Hello! I'm Caroline Scott, and I am an award winning edible gardener, with almost 20 years experience in growing food. Qualified in Permaculture design, I have worked with hundreds of people (individuals and communities), to design and set up edible gardens. I love to simplify food growing with practical simple steps, and help people to create gardens that work in harmony WITH nature, to grow MORE food with LESS work and more fun! As an intuitive gardener I use food growing and foraging to connect to nature on a deeper level, which is healing to both body and mind. I came to gardening through a love of food and being in nature. After spending the first few years in a ‘battle’ with nature, it became so much easier and more fun when I learnt to harness the abundance of natural systems, and create edible gardens that are beautiful, productive and great for wildlife. I have a vision of cities overflowing with fruit and vegetables, and a patchwork farm of edible gardens, healing people and the planet. I would love you to be part of this! When I’m not in my garden you will find me having fun home educating my two kids, climbing trees, swimming in rivers and singing.
